The main kitchen offers an electric oven, gas cook top, microwave, stainless steel fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher, while an 8-seater dining table is perfect for sharing family meals.

The upper bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and toilet, while the lower bathroom has a shower vanity and toilet and can also be accessed from the master bedroom.

A laundry with washing machine is also available.

At the front of the home, a peaceful courtyard has been created perfect for relaxing in the sun with a good book, while the lower living area opens onto an undercover alfresco entertaining area with BBQ.

The double garage provides secure parking for two cars and backyard access also makes it suitable for a boat.

Bedding (mattress protectors, doonas, pillows) are provided, However, this is a BYO property. Guests will need to bring their own personal linens including sheets, doona covers, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
